INFORMATION ABOUT OUR TEST STRETCHER

1. borrow our TrageHILFE

Simply order a stretcher or scarf of your choice. Please let us know which color you would like when ordering (under notes) and we will try to send you your desired color.

Guidelines:

• Test period: You can test the stretcher for 7 days from receipt.
• Color: Please specify your desired color when ordering.
• Rental fee: The fee is 45 euros. The remaining amount is a deposit which will be refunded if the equipment is used correctly.
• Returns - Without purchase: If you return the baby carrier, the deposit will be refunded. The rental fee of €45 will be deducted.
• Do not wash: Do not wash: Please do not wash the baby carrier before the first use or during or after the test period. The organic cotton material is GOTS-certified and therefore safe for baby's skin.
• Heavy soiling: In the event of heavy soiling over which you have no control (e.g. due to a leaking stool from a diaper), please contact us immediately by email at hello@cocoome.com or by WhatsApp at +43 676 9444630. Together we will find a solution!
• Careful handling: You are welcome to test the stretcher extensively, but make sure you handle it with care. In the event of heavy soiling, holes or other damage, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit.

3. you decide on a cocoo-me® baby carrier

We are delighted that you have chosen a baby carrier. If you have already received the color of your choice, you can keep it right away. Please contact us at service@cocoome.com to let us know.

Don't you want to keep the baby carrier after the test period?

• In this case, return the baby carrier to us immediately and unwashed after the 7-day test period (deadline: 1 week after receipt).
• Please enclose the delivery bill or your order number so that we can allocate the return quickly.
• Please inform us about the return by e-mail to service@cocoome.com. After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the deposit minus the rental fee.
