Right of Withdrawal Notice
Customers who are consumers may withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside business premises within 14 days without providing reasons. The information about the conditions and consequences of withdrawal are set out in the withdrawal notice below:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, partial shipment, or last item. by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Please note that you must return the item in the condition you received it. This means the item must be new and unused and complete.
- The item must not be worn . A single, time-limited try-on to check the condition, properties and functionality is permitted. Longer wearing or use is considered excessive use beyond what is necessary.
- Brand labels and hang tags must remain on the product if you wish to return it.
- Furthermore, the item must be returned in its original packaging .
- The withdrawal must be in printed form to include with the return.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding shipping costs) immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day the return is received by us.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from receipt to us (cocoome e.U., Gewerbepark, 8402 Werndorf – A). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
The customer bears the transport costs and the risk for the return shipment of the exchange. Insufficiently prepaid shipments may not be accepted for administrative reasons.
You must bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling not necessary for inspecting the condition, properties and functionality of the goods with them or if the goods are returned in a used condition.
