Returns

Want to return an item? No problem – we're here to help.

How it works

Sign in to your cocoome customer account, select the relevant order, and click "Return item". Choose the item and reason for return – we'll take care of the rest.

Don't have a customer account? Just send us an email at hello@cocoome.com with your order number and we'll help you further.

Return fee

Please note: A return fee of 6.00 € applies to each return. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Return period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Refund

Once your package arrives and is inspected, we'll refund the purchase price minus the return fee to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have already been used
• Items without original packaging
