Our products aredesigned and developed in Austriaandproduced in Europe. Our production is located inBulgaria, where we work closely with our partners on the ground. Throughregular visits we ensure that our high standards regarding quality, fair working conditions and sustainability are maintained. We place great value on transparent production processes and ethical manufacturing, so you can use our products with a good conscience.

We rely exclusively on high-quality, sustainable materials. Our cloths, carriers and swaddle wraps are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton – which means the fabric is produced in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible way. For our wool felt products, we use 100% natural virgin wool, which regulates temperature and protects your baby in all weather. Our virgin wool is also mulesing free, so you can be sure that it animal-friendly and ethically responsible was sourced.

The GOTS certification of our fabrics guarantees that the cotton was grown without harmful chemicals or pesticides. This is especially important for delicate baby skin. Our fabrics are also wonderfully soft and particularly gentle – perfect for newborns and babies.

Yes, this is something we place great emphasis on! Our carriers and wraps were developed in close collaboration with midwives, babywearing consultants and physiotherapists developed. They support the rounded spine, the frog leg position and ensure healthy hip development.

Yes. The magnetic buckles snap together instantly when "brought together" and can only be unlocked by the buckle opener.

Additionally, there is a safety loop on the waist belt behind the magnetic closure.

The Helium is especially soft and clingy – ideal from birth until about 12 kg. The Helium Plus is somewhat firmer and more stable in fabric, making it also suitable for longer wearing periods and heavier babies up to about 15 kg.

Yes, the Helium Plus is tied the same way as the Helium. The only difference is in the fabric, which is more stable but still soft and clingy.

Yes, many parents breastfeed their baby comfortably in the carrier, especially in the front-carry position. After nursing, please reposition baby higher so the airways remain clear. You'll find a tutorial on our Instagram channel.

Yes, many babies sleep peacefully and safely in it. Make sure the airways are clear and that baby's head is well-supported, especially in the first few weeks.

Yes, all our carriers support the healthy M-position (legs spread in a natural squat position) and are ergonomic for both baby and wearer.

The waist belt can be adjusted up to a circumference of 160 cm.

The clip-in makes your own jacket baby-wearing ready. It attaches with clips and fits any jacket. With two inserts, you're equipped for every season.

Yes, the clips work regardless of the closure type.

A light insert for spring/autumn and a warm insert for winter (both included in the delivery).

Usually airing out is enough. For stains, gently hand wash in cold water or use the wool wash cycle with special wool detergent. Don't use a dryer.

No, we recommend not washing the carrier before first use. The cotton fabrics we use are processed without harmful substances. Unnecessary washing can shorten the carrier's lifespan.

No, please air dry it.

Only at low temperature and without steam. Please do not iron the waist belt.

Yes, this is normal with elastic fabrics and does not affect the function.
